  • Fraudulent activities
  • Sanctioned individuals or entities
  • Structuring or avoiding reporting thresholds
  • Using false or stolen identification
Violations may be reported to FINTRAC or law enforcement and Demarked from our system.

Dollar Links may set or adjust limits based on:
  • AML/ATF risk assessments
  • Customer profile
  • Transaction purpose
Transactions may be delayed due to:
  • Verification requirements
  • Third-party bank delays
  • Compliance reviews
  1. Fees & Exchange Rates
We disclose:
  • Service fees
  • Exchange rates
  • Any additional charges
Rates fluctuate and are not guaranteed until the transaction is confirmed.
  1. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds may be provided only when possible, depending on:
